I provided leadership and mentorship to Interns and Technicians through guidance on a wide range of technical issues. I played a vital role in training new members, teaching the core responsibilites of the helpdesk position. I regularly updated documentation and collaborating on procedures to maximumize team efficiency. I ensured excellent commutations through the teams and guaranteeing rapid responses.

Team Lead at UCCS Office of Inclusive Services (OIS)

Through my work with the Office of Inclusive Services at UCCS, I provided leadership to my team by serving as the primary point of contact with the OIS Director. I led the planning and development of a video project tailored to their needs, which involved gathering client requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and creating a clear roadmap for delivering scripts and storyboards. The final videos were designed for publication on the OIS webpage to support their outreach and communication goals.
